Very calm standing, 2 terraces, little garden, balcony. Ground Floor: living-room with SAT-TV, radio, CD, tape deck, American kitchen with washing-machine, dish-washer, microwave, toaster, Coffey-machine etc. Dining area, Separate WC, Terrace and Garden with breathtaking sea view and garden-furniture. 1st Floor: 2 bedrooms, one with terrace (directly at the nature-area of Esterel) and SAT-TV, second bedroom with balcony and panoramic sea view. Bathroom with shower and WC. All rooms have electric heating so that the house can be used at wintertime as well.

The house lies in a solitaeren private housing estate with 180° panorama sea view in in the old-established "Nobelvorort" Boulouris. Our house is in the last row, directly because of the Landschaftschutzgebiet of the Esterel mountains, and the sea view is real breath-robbing. Until alto Boulouris are it approx. 1.5 km, until pc. Raphael 3 km, which is next shopping centre about 2 km far away.

St. Raphael borders on Frejus, which is again directly because of the sea between pc. Tropez and Cannes. Boulouris, where our holidays object lies, is an old-established suburb from pc. Raphael and distant for 3 km from this approx.. The house lies in a solitaeren private housing estate with 180° panorama sea view. The coast in this area is alone a journey value. Here you find still unaffected and original bays, which in short distances between the typical red rock and cliffs, which "Calanaques" are to be found. Beyond of the Touristenrummel of St.Tropez and Cannes you can enjoy here still another unaffected nature, which in their beauty, to which in nothing is inferior to tuerkis blue color of the water of the Karibik. Absolutely you should undertake a travel along the coastal road direction Agay, Antheor and Cannes, which will remain unforgettable breath-robbing sight of this unique coastal structure for you. Many famous painters and artist lived into this area, then numerous museums and pictorial places lure the interested guest.
