22' Sailboat & Cottage U Get Both 4 $140 to $250 per Night - Our Vacation compound has 2 houses and 8 cottages with 13 + Bed rooms in total. Rentable individually or as a group. Each cottage includes it's own 22' sailboat for the entire duration of the stay at no extra cost.+ A shared Rowing Dory, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Floaters, Snorkel/Fishing gear, as well as awesome sunsets and frequent manatee visits. We have 11 sailboats right now – two 22' O' Days, Eight 22' Catalina and 1 westerly 22' for bare boat charters. Fill in a few days before, after or during your stay To accommodate your vacation dates and our availability. Each of our places is so unique. We hope you will return and to try all of our cottages, as many of our sailing friends do. Remember to book as early as you can to secure your preferred dates.
