The Sunny Villas are a holiday facility of 6 row-bungalows on a hill above the bay of Sitia. Two of the holiday homes have one separate bedroom each, and total floor spaces of 33 square meters. All dwelling units are completely furnished and equipped. On the spacious property there are many olive-, pine- and carob-trees. A large parking area is located between the two rows of bungalows, and aside there is a pond. Natural stone from the surroundings was used to design the outer facilities. The Sunny Villas are 4 km east of the city of Sitia by the road to Vai and Zakros, approx. 2 kms from the nearest beach. The international airport of Iraklion is 133 kms away, the domestic airport of Sitia 8 kms.

Sitia is a small port town on the eastern north coast of Crete. The promenade that flanks the port was re-designed some years ago, and today ranks as one of the island's most beautiful ones.
