The entire living area is air conditioned and the individual rooms have ceiling fans. It has an open kitchen with an middle island. You will find 2 bedrooms, dining room and 2 bath rooms. The bedrooms and walk-in closets have fluffy carpeted floor. The generous kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable cooking. Also the equipment doesn’t let you miss anything! Lanai and Pools deck: Spacious lanai and pool deck, partly under roof, has table, comfortable chairs for 4 Persons and lounges. The swimming pool is electric heated and has underwater light. The Patio and pool deck are enclosed with a screen cage, so you can use this lovely place all day and night long with a beautiful view on the water. 4 persons can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant vacation in this villa.Ort Our houses are located in a quite cul-de-sac in southeast Cape Coral an at a Sweetwater canal that leads into the Gulf of Mexico. In the back of the house is a beautiful, heated pool in a tropical landscaped garden, so it becomes the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The lot has hot a 1200 square feet and is located just footsteps away from the canal. Directly at the garden of the house there is a boat dock and you can bring your own boat or rent one (under Florida law you must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driving license to run a boat). In the near neighborhood there are nice restaurants (Chinese, Mexican, American, Italian etc) and you will find lots shops, groceries and shopping centers. Cape Coral is called "the Venice of Florida" because of its many canals. Cape Coral is very quiet and safe ... the perfect place for a vacation.
