The 54 sqm big house and the land plot is located 200 metres from the baltic sea. The house was built in 1996, has shower, hot water, toilet and from the terrace you find a nice view over the Baltic Sea. A small boat (4.3 meters) for rowing is available for guests until the middle of September. It has an engine (a small: 5 hp) that normally work without a problem but I can not promise and guarantee that it always works!, It might occur that the engine has to be repaired during your week, (guests sometimes run into stones in the water) Also: always bring the paddles/rowing equipment along!) Available for guests are also two bikes. In the big bedroom you find a double-bed and in the small bedroom there is a two-story-bed: 200x80 (upper part) + 200x120 (below). A sofa-bed, 120cm-wide, is the combined livingroom/kitcen. (Please note that in this room there are no dark curtains) - the livingroom becomes early very bright and is therefor not pleasant to sleep in). An area with smaller houses that are built between 1910 and 2007. The "beach" (just a small amount of sand , but you can take a swim without problem) is used in common with all those who live in this small area (around 40 houses). A slightly bigger beach with more sand is located 2 km away.

Additional Information

Normally arrival and departure is saturday but other days are possible according to agreement. The house lies 200m from the water and is surrounded by a fence, Children can therefore freely walk around but the "garden" is nature-area - that means no pefect lawn. The terras is mostly convenient though for eating outside or reading a book, getting some sun. We ask for a deposition of 50 euro to be payed at arrival but these money are returned before departure if everything in the house and cleaning is okay). I expect that you leave the house properly cleaned. Bed, chair, etc. for the smallest children can also be made available. A modern, comfortable home with the best location! Payment in euros is accepted. Welcome!
