A large brand new house/villa,which lends itself to sleep 12 people as a large group,or in 2 separate apartments.It has log fires in the lounges ,fully equipped kitchens,and a magnificent spiral staircase in the middle of the house which accesses all the bedrooms and lounges.Most rooms have balconys with veiws to the ski slopes and other mountains. Outside is a large patio with views to die for with tables and loungers.

The house is at the top end of the village and looks over it towards the Greek mountains and across to the ski slopes at Pamporovo. Momchilovtsi is 80km south of Plovdiv. 6km from Pamporovo. 10 km north of Smolyan. 30 km from Greece.

Momchilovtsi is a large village [pop 1750] 6 km from Europe's most southerly ski resort Pamporovo.Its a busy and very friendly place with lots of history ,restaurants ,and activities.There is a snowboardpark not far from the village which in summer has all sorts of activities from rock climbing ,to mountain biking,to hiking .Eco tourism is also very popular there due to the clean air supplied by the many acres of pine forests surrounding the village.
