Sopra il Lago is a little residence in a lovely village called Brezzo di Bedero, a few minutes drive from Luino. The residence is surrounded by splendidly rich nature and enjoys a fantastic panoramic position, with views southwards towards Verbania and Stresa and westwards towards the snowy top of Mount Rosa. The residence is composed of 12 units. All apartments have a separate entrance and a private parking space. The size of the apartments varies from 60-110 sqm. Apartments also have panoramic sun terraces or verandas, comfortable bedrooms, kitchen with all state-of-the-art equipment and stylish bath-rooms. Four apartments are decorated by a famous Italian interior designer, Simone Micheli, who used traditional materials to create a modern and elegant ambiance.

Sopra il Lago is the perfect starting point for wonderful daily excursions to Stresa and Borromeo Islands, Cannero, Cannobio, Milan, Swiss villages and towns (Locarno, Lugano, Ascona), walking treks on local mountains and all kind of water activities (sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, kite surfing). There are several beaches only 5-10 mins away by car. It is lovely to swim and fish there in the summer - hardy adults and children enjoy swimming in the Lake all through the year. Pebbly beaches require you to bring jelly shoes.

The village of Brezzo di Bedero is only a few hundred metres from the apartment. In the village there is a church, an ancient monastry, a pizzeria, some shops and children playgrounds. Luino is only 5 minutes drive from the flat. Luino is a lovely and busy lakeside town with many bakeries, shops, supermarkets, good restaurants and a famous weekly market on Wednesday.There is a terminal for the lakeside ferries (regular services, plus high-speed catamarans and hydrofoils) which have frequent connections to the towns and villages around Lake Maggiore.

All prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, bed linen and towels unless otherwise stated. Cots, maid service and taxi transfer are extras and must be advised in the booking form. A security deposit is requested on arrival and will be returned to you at the moment of departure. The amount of this deposit will be shown on your booking confirmation. In high season arrivals are only possible on Saturdays after 3 pm and departures before 11 am. In medium and low season arrival days and times are flexible, depending on availability
