Modern, well equipped holiday home, built of natural stone only, with separate air conditioning units in the living-room and in both bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, the other one has two single beds. The sixth sleeping accommodation is in the living-room. In front of the house there is a large corner-terrace from where views open over the olive grove towards the sea. The villa has it's own swimming pool, sunshades, deck chairs and garden furniture. The 3 Gerolakos Villas stand on the slope of a hill above the village of Stavromenos by the upper edge of an olive grove of approx. 20,000 sqm size. The beach is approx. 1 km away. By the National Road hourly public bus service to Iraklion (71 kms) and Hania (68 kms) as well as to Rethymnon (12 kms, during the tourism season every 30 minutes). Down there are also several bigger hotels, and during the tourism season a variety of shops and restaurants are open.
