Basement: Ca 40 m2 large, comfortable living room with a large fire place: large table, chairs, two additional beds, also a new piano can be brought in, if arranged. Spacious kitchen with a separate entrance from the garden: electric oven, refrigerator. Inside and outside stairs to the upper floor (inside stairs: bright wooden stairs from the living room; outside stairs: spiral stairs from the garden up to the veranda covered by a roof).
