The lone house is surrounded by a Pinienwäldchen and is located on the historic castle hill Vigla scale of Eressos. The house is within walking ca.80m over a long, uphill forest reachable. The shortest way to the beach is ca.200m (ca.3km long sandy beach) Thanks to its hillside location offers the house of its two terraces and its many windows, a panoramic view of the ocean, the valley and the mountains of Skala Eressos (Eresou scale). The 4km inland capital lying Eressos is also on display. A special feature is also the terrace watching romantic sunsets. Half of the Upper House are the remnants of a bizantinischen Burg.Von there you have a wonderful vision of the beautiful scenery of the area.
