Wonderfully restoreded, former agricultural building and Dependance. The building on two floors, built of natural stone and the Dependance lie perfectly independent underneath the main house, in which the owners live. Extensive external areas independent of the house of the owners invite to unforgettable stays outside with beautiful views over the countryside. The estate is in one of the probably most beautiful situations in the ‘Chianti Ruffino’ area with wonderful view over the olivetrees and wooded hills in perfectly calm environment. The house can be reached on an approx. 3 km long unpaved road. Very nice pool (7x14 m) with sunchairs; parking in the property.
