A terraced end house in quiet upper floor of the house are the three bedrooms with a total of six beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate ground floor is the large kitchen with table and six chairs, microwave, toaster, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, and a refrigerator and living room equipped with cable TV and HiFi - connection to the living room is the conservatory with exit to the garden (garden furniture available).For cold winter days is in the conservatory a fireplace. The house is completely furnished for up to six people. Bed linen, towels and all additional costs are included in the price.

House is located in a quiet location 5 minutes up to the tank dam hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. After Lennep it takes minutes with the car. Buy a 10 minutes walk. A bus stop can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Remscheid has many attractions such as the X-ray Museum, the first drinking water dam, the Müngsten bridge, the historic old town of Lennep and beautiful hiking trails.

great house
We are 6 technicians and felt very comfortable. We wished that the construction site would not be finished yet. The landlord is very polite and helpful. If we have to work near Remscheid again, we will definitely come back.

good value for money
We found a beautiful house. Clean! Very luxurious furnishings! The landlord had us picked up from the airport with a transfer service, the driver also had the key to the house. We come from America.

Everything is fine.
The house is very quiet in a great location. A very clean and well-maintained house. The only disadvantage we felt was that a car is needed for shopping.

So leid es mir tut, aber das war mit Abstand die schmutzigste Wohnung, die wir je hatten. Die Küche wurde von uns erst mal 2 Stunden geputzt, auf dem Boden blieb man schon kleben! Im Wintergarten regnete es rein, das Holz war entsprechend schimmelig. Den Außengrill hätte man erst mal von Zigarettenkippen befreien und dampstrahlen müssen. Die Backofentüre haben wir einfach ganz schnell wieder geschlossen und nicht benutzt. In den Töpfen hingen noch die Essensreste diverser Vormieter. Der Schlafbereich war in Ordnung, allerdings roch sämtliche Bettwäsche - obwohl bestimmt frisch gewaschen - nach Zigarettenrauch, ebenso die Handtücher. Bad und WC haben kein Fenster. Im Wintergarten lag überall Dreck, Erde, Spinnweben usw.
Der einzige Vorteil war die extrem ruhige Lage.
shopping facilities: In der Nähe ein guter Bäcker, sonst Auto nötig.
