Our beautifully private located, 3 bed/2 baths Pool home, is situated on a one acres large, tropically landscaped, waterfront lot in Fort Myers. It has a 300 feet creek frontage with view into a nature preservative. Fishermen are able to stay at home and go fishing on the creek. Catch a big fish in your backyard and put it on the grill! We provide two fishing poles; so don’t worry to carry all that stuff with you. You also may like to watch birds, turtles, beaver and sometimes an alligator passing by. The backyard is Western exposed and offers sun all day long, as well as beautiful sunsets. You might like to bring or rent a boat. The creek leads direct access to the river and therefore to the gulf and the beaches. It’s good for use with a boat with a max. size of about 22’ length, with a 6 ½’ clearance and preferable a outboard engine. Also a canu or paddleboat can be a lot of fun. The swimming pool is a large 30’ x 18’. The pool is cleaned and maintained once a week. The kitchen is fully equipped with: American fridge with automatic water filter, ice crusher, electric cooker and stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, sink unit with garbage disposer and many more utensils for easy made cooking. The master bedroom and the second oversized bedroom offers a king size bed with new top quality mattresses. The third bedroom has two single beds, which you could move together to one king size bed. The 28’ x 10’ large patio is tiled and faces toward West – sunsets! Of course the home is central air-conditioned. You'll also enjoy to life in Florida style with the complete new furnishing in 2004. It has also washer and dryer, but also iron plus ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are provided. Driving in and out the double garage is simple, because of the comfort remote controlled door. The phone use is for free local and for regular long distance calls. All comes with full sets of linen, towels and all you need for your vacation: Including Radio, CD, CD MP3, DVD, 32' SAT-TV with "Premiere"-Movie-Channels, with Music-System. For staying in touch with family and friends, you will even find a computer connected to the Internet. Of course you can surf on the web, do some work or send a fax. The use of the Internet is unlimited and for free via provided local dial in provider. Some restaurants you even could walk to, just a couple hundred yards. Many shops and the big Wall-Mart Shopping Center are within a one-mile radius. If you wish to have a highchair or an extra childbed, please ask the local property manager.
