The house at cadran is an enormous old farmhouse which has been converted into a spacious family home. The house sits in its own grounds , surrounded by lawns and its own paddock. Downstairs is a entrance into a large hallway.The hallway lads off to the left to a lafge, sunny family kitchen with all the usual ,necessary appliances. the kitchen has an eating area and double doors which access the sunny terrace area.From the kitchen you will find a separate toilet room and a bathroom with bath,bidet,shower and sink. Turning right in the entance hall is the large sitting/Dining room. The sitting area has confortable seating for 6 and a log burning fire. The large tv has BBC and ITV from Jersey and comes with a dvd/video player and a huge selection of films. The dining area has a large solid wood dining table and chairs and the French windows overlook the lawned gardens and paddock beyond;the french style dresser has lots of traditional board games. From the dining room there is a sataircase that leads to a landing on which the first two double bedrooms can be found. One overlooks the gardens to the rear and the other over the sunny terrace and driveway area. further along the landing you find an ante-room where you will find a further bathroom with toilet,shower and mirror with shaving socket.One of the bedroom has twin beds and the other has a double bunkbed room. the outside space around the house is enormous and includes parking, terrace, lawns, and a BBQ area.Plenty of room to play football or badminton or for kite flying.

The location is quiet and rural and has great access to the major tourist attractions and beaches. Le Mont St Michel is only 15 minutes away and the Seaside towns of St malo, Dinard and Cancale are all within a 25 minute drive and have some of the best beaches and coastlines. This area is also famous for its medieval towns of Dinan and Combourg and of course Dol-de-Bretagne. There is such alot to do here from cycling,fishing,golf and all the popular watersports, incuding sailing and canoeing. Access to some of the most popular visitor attractions such as the aqua park 'Cobac Park' and the aquariums and 'Alligator Bay' on the way to Le Mont St Michel.This area is one where you will never be bored, though you may just prefer relaxing in the garden with a glass of wine. We have it all!!

The town of Epiniac is small and quiet and has a small restaurant/bar and a tabac,bakers etc.the nearest large town is Dol-de-Bretagne and is only 10 km away.Dol - de - Bretagne is a very popular medieval town, boasting a huge Saturday market, full to bursting with local produce, from the local cider to the chees and bread. The town has every amenity, including a tourist information service, large supermarkets, fantastic restaurants and bars and plenty of other things.
