The house is in the village of sains and is on a quiet lane in its own grounds.The downstairs living area is spacious and very light and airy. It is open plan and the kitchen leads off to a terrace area at the rear of the house.The kitchen is well equipped with all the usual appliances for your convenience. The dining area has a solid wood dining table with chairs for 6 people. A french style buufet in the dining area is ideal for housing the wine glasses and dinner plates.The lounge area is large and bright and overlooks both the gardens at the rear and the gardens to the front of the property.A log burning fire is available for those slightly colder evenings.A selection of films,books and games are available on the bookcase in the lounge area. The lounge has large french doors to the rear and front. A staircase from the lounge leads to a landing area with shelves and the tree bedrooms and the bathroom are found at the top of the landing. There are 2 double rooms with views over the sunny terrace,front garden and private driveway and parking area.The third bedroom is a bunkbed room with views over the bck terrace and rear gardens.The large family bathroom has a separate bathtub, shower , sink and toilet. the bathroom has views of the garden and terrace to the rear. The garage is used to store the garden furniture and some badminton equippement etc

The location is ideal for reaching some of the best seaside and beach towns of St malo, Dinard and Cancale.Le Mont st Michel is a 10 minute drive. There are also many medieval towns such as Combourg, Dinan and Dol-de-Bretagne. There are also many popular attractions to visit such as zoos and waterparks, museums,aquariums and lots of watersport.If Fishing is your thing then Sains is ideal since we have a number of fishing lakes in the area.Golf is also on the agenda, since we have lots of golf courses, one of which is at the resort of Des Ormes on the way to the chateau town of Combourg. Watersports are in abundance in the area due to the sea and the number of rivers and canals we have;

The village of sains is a quiet rural village but has very good access to the major tourist attractions etc. A bakery, butchers,dentist, pharmacy etc can be found 2km away in the town of pleine Fougeres.This village is ideally situated for walking and cycling and you will find fishing lakes within walking distance of the house.
