The views from the house are fantastic but it is still within walking distance of a bar and restaurant and other places can be found in the village just 1 kilometre away. The house is spacious with all modern conveniences and it is set in the heart of the countryside but close to the road for easy access. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, large kitchen and spacious hallways. There is a separate apartment with a further 2 bedrooms, living room/kitchen and bathroom.

If you can tear yourself away from the fantastic swimming pool you can enjoy horse riding, walking, climbing and taking in the breathtaking scenery. You can reach lovely beaches within 30 minutes or if you want to venture further afield you can visit the beautiful cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville. The village of Comares has a summer fiesta which should not be missed. There are also many other very colourful local fiestas.

Comares is a typical spanish village about 30 minutes drive from the coast. The village has bars and restaurants, 2 banks, 2 shops and a very beautiful Hotel. Most of village life goes on around the main Village Square.
