Trehilyn is a country farmhouse in one of the most beautiful coastal locations in the UK. Stay here to explore the rugged Strumble Head peninsula, ramble about your own 70 acres of farmland, and experience an authentic and luxuriously appointed interior. Trehilyn is a wonderful base for walking on the Pembrokshire coastal footpath - check out the great location here. The landscape phot (right) was taken from the top of the hill behind the cottage. Trehilyn was fully restored by its owner Griff Rhys Jones (of BBC Restoration) in 2006. This authentic renovation included the restoration of many traditional and vernacular features and the whole process was filmed for the BBC Wales TV series 'A Pembrokeshire Farm.' Expect to find a wealth of original architectural detail with a relaxed country interior combining contemporary and antique furnishings. Trehilyn can be rented as one large cottage to sleep 9 or we can split it into two smaller independent cottage units that sleep 4 or 5. We think that this cottage has one of the best quality interiors available for letting in Wales, with real attention to detail and excellent quality fixtures and fittings.
