Charming holiday home for up to 6 persons, situated on a beautiful peninsular in the area of Porto Veccio. The house is located in a small residential, about 200 m from to the sea. The house provides about 100m² of living space, comprising a large combined living- and dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave oven etc. two sleeping rooms, satellite TV, comfortable bathroom and a shady veranda and a terrace. The quiet mediterranean style garden gives sufficient space for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

The closest beach is at the La Chiappa club (5 min walking distance). At a distance of about 5 km there is a natural beach called Palombaggia, which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Further more, the area is also a good choice for the mountain hiker, as the well known Alta Rocca National Park is only at a distance of approx. 30 min by car.

The historical city of Porto Vecchio is a lively town with charming shops and restaurants. In the surrounding of Porto Vecchio you can visit e.g. the magnificent city of Bonifacio or the faszinating city L'Ospedale, at an elevation of approx. 1000 meters. The street from Porto Vecchio to the residence Rosumarinu will lead your along the coast with a lovely sea view. The ride takes about 15 minutes and leads you through a landscape with untouched mediterranean vegetation.

During the vacation season (May until October) you are welcome to access the near-by club facility called La Chiappa without charge. The facility can be reached via a short walk and provides different beaches, a supermarket, a restaurant and of course a swimmingpool. The vacation club also offers tennis courts, horse back riding, scuba diving, wind surfing and aerobic lessons.
