fresh modernized well-equipped and spacious old fishermen house, guarantied TV free, 2 separate bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 lavishly equipped living/kitchen (with automatic dishwasher, refrigerator, gas-kitcheners) and a sofa (can be used also as 1 double-bed) and the bathroom with a great bathtub, W.C. and surely hot and cold water. Bed linen and towels are provided. In the wintertime, the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen can be heated with 3 stoves of Dutch tiles (combustion of wood, there is enough in an annex of the holiday-house) and the bathroom with 1 electric furnace. Doors and windows are protected against mosquitoes. The Pelican House is situated in a great sunny garden with a shady vine-arbour and a fence at the Goloviţă Lake in a very quiet part in the South of Jurilovca. Pelicans are swimming and fishing direct along the property, ideal conditions for bird watching the whole day from the terrace.
