Only one block away from the relaxing beaches of Lake Michigan, Lake Shore Villa, at 3000 sq. ft., offers a state of the art kitchen, 15 ft. vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, contemporary furnishings, and a laundry room. There is ample space for a group with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms possessing tactfully placed water tiles and bench seating among a calm and neutral decor that promotes a feeling of going to the spa. The 700 sq. ft. wrap around sun deck includes a hot tub, a convenient outdoor shower, a screened in 150 sq. ft. porch and surround sound speakers. Also at your disposal is a six seater boat now used as an outdoor self service bar, an available grilling facility to accommodate small and large events, and hay rides upon request. Lake Shore Villa will be ready late summer of 2006 to pamper and elevate you above the day to day so reserve a spot on the beach soon. Winter and Early Spring Special- For the months of February, March and April Three day reservation required- $500 per night.
