LA TETTOIA The bungalow \"La Tettoia\" (60 sq. meters) is situated only 50 meters from the sea, also in the midst of mediterranean trees and plants. There are two bedrooms, a living + dining area with a kitchen, shower + WC and a terrace. A parking space is next to the house. Our nice holiday house \"La Tettoia\" is situated directly by the sea, at a flat rock reef. The flat sandy beach and the town center of Marina di Modica are just a 15 minute walk away. In this beautiful Mediterranean garden there are olive-, tangerine-, lemon-, carube- and almond trees. In the low season as well as in wintertime the oleander, hibiscus, geraniums and many more are in full bloom. This and the spectacular view of the sea will most certainly get you into a holiday mood. The ocean, a smooth ledge, adjoin directly to the garden. You can reach the sandy beach and center of Marina di Modica in only 15 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by car. During the summer months, various fruits, vegetables and cheese cars, drove directly to the garden. Even the baker brings fresh bread every morning, cookies and croissants down to the cottage. EXCURSION POSSIBILITIES Syrakus, Agrigent, Palermo, Segesta, Selinunte, Cefalù, Piazza Armerina, Catania, Cava d`Ispica, Camarina, Castello di Donnafugata, Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Scicli, Taormina, Etna, Malta.
