Le Moulin de Chazotte is located 7 kilometres North of Cognac. It is 3 kilometres from the village of Cherves-Richemont with its bar/restaurant, small supermarket, bakery and post office. The area around the property is gently rolling countryside with vineyards and sunflower fields through which you can stroll or cycle. The airports of La Rochelle, Poitiers and Bordeaux are all within 2 hours driving distance and cars can be rented at each airport. There are excellent rail links from Paris via the TGV.

Smoking is permitted but not inside the apartment. We love pets and have two cats of our own but other pets are not allowed. The lets are normally self-catering only unless bt prior agreement. Heating is extra and charged at standard meter rates.
