Villa Alejandra Villa Alejandra is in the middle of East Sicily, it is situated among a striking view of the Syracuse area next to the Nature reserve of “Cava Grande of the river Cassibile”; it’s only a short way away to the baroque of Noto and Palazzolo Acreide. La villa is exactly in Avola Antica, hill area of Avola, known for its beach, seaside and famous for its almond; for its position it’s possible to visit easily: - Syracuse, a famous old city, known for its art, its greek history and for the papyrus; - Noto, the capital of the baroque; - Palazzolo Acreide, important and characteristic hill town; - The beaches of Avola, of Fontane Bianche, of Noto Marina; - The reserve of Cava Grande of Cassibile; - The reserve of Pantalica; - Modica. DECRIPTION The villa is situated in a guarded residential group. It consists in two floors (ground floor and first floor). It is surrownded by a rich vegetation; it’s provided with a wide outer tavern of 80 mq., equiped confortably for the delighted summer dinner. The villa is provided with large verandas, outer shower, oven, barbecue and kitchen contiguous to the tavern. The villa can give ospitality confortably 10 +2 people , because there are 2 divans-bed in the living room.
