Nicely renovated village house in the historic centre of Oliva, 4 km away from the beautifully long beaches of the area, and only a short distance from the nice villages of Gandia and Denia. The house keeps an old rustic style with beamed ceilings, old wood windows and doors, but has been completely renovated in 2006 to provide all comforts. It is built on two floors plus a roof terrace, hosts 8 people in 3 rooms (2 double and 1 quadruple), 2 bathrooms, small interior patio, living room and nice big kitchen with eating area. There is a cooling and heating system in all main rooms. It is closed to all necessary amenities like supermarket, pharmacy, etc and also in easy access to the highway and state roads to Gandia and Denia.

Oliva itself is worth a visit. It’s an old and rustic village, with nicely reformed houses and beautiful churches. Worth seeing is the main square (“Plaza del Ayntamiento”), St. Maria church (whose tower you see from different parts of the village anyway), “Calle de les Moreres” y “Calle Tamarit” (streets with splendid family houses).

www.casaazora.com - - There are 10 km of white sand beaches in Oliva, all connected to each other and with the European blue flag. You can choose from “all amenities” beaches (with restaurants, bars, playgrounds) to almost deserted ones with little more than dunes, sand and sea! There are various parking areas and independent accesses to the beach and you can choose the most convenient. Sea temperature in the summer rounds 24 degrees and outside temperature goes above 30 in July/August. The months of May/June and September/October are excellent for those who prefer lower temperatures but still an excellent weather. Even in winter temperatures frequently reach 20 degrees! Besides the great fun of the beach, water sports and outdoor activities Oliva offers a 2.000 sq meter chidren's compound with plenty to do!!! It is on the main avenue to the sea side so you will not miss it. But this is not all... El Vergel Safari Park It’s another great place to spend a day, with or without children. It is located in Ondara, less than 15 min away form the house in Oliva. There are lions, tigers, leopards and wolves roaming free in the park, which you drive through in your car which allows the lions and tigers to come right up to you!! There is a 'safer' area with domestic animals, pigs, ponies, and even seals and dolphins who put on a very entertaining show.
