The Property Built in 2001 but the owners have managed to make the surrounding garden mature looking. The villa is built for holiday rentals. Many of these aspects can be found in the villa, but to mention a few, the house is built for 8 people. Two families sharing would be able to have their own "wing" of the house with separate WC's and showers/bathrooms. All rooms are considered very spacious. There are at least 11 square metre per bedroom. The lounge measures 52 sqm! The total space in the property is about 150 sqm. 8 people are comfortable in this villa. There is also a cot available.
