Situated 2 km from the medieval village of San Ginesio, Villa Le Ginestre is characterized by arches, stone walls, wooden beam ceilings, floors made of terracotta tiles and airy rooms. This large country house has recently been completely restored, maintaining all of the typical characteristics of rural architecture: windows of irregular shape, arches of various forms and dimensions, as well as a front made in bricks and bare stone. Inside the space has been divided into four separated apartments, all of which have an independent entrance from the garden. The appartments can be optionally linked with each other. The most panoramic one, with a terrace benefiting from a breathtaking view over the entire valley, is composed of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms. The other three apartments all dispose of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, a vast garden and a swimming pool harmonically complete the facility. The whole building can easily accommodate up to 14 people, the single apartments four to six people.
