Seasonal fruits are available for your pleasure: banana, papaya, passion fruit, avocado, etc. The location is ideal, because you're central to all that Maui has to show you: halfway up haleakala to the south, 30 minutes from Wailea and Kihei to the west, 15 minutes to Ho'okipa (surfer heaven) , Baldwin Park ("baby beach" ideal for families), and Pa'ia to the north, and 10 minutes from the "road to Hana" to the east. Choose any direction, you can't lose!
