Situated in a very peaceful location at the closed end of a cul-de-sac, with no passing traffic, close to Limeslade Bay, an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Gower, the bungalow, with 4 steps and a handrail, to the front door, (unsuitable for wheelchair access), is brick built, and enjoys car parking facilities close by.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two 3ft single beds. Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, dressing table, chair and carpeted floor.
In the bathroom there is a bath, with a shower and shaver point. Adjoining the bathroom is a spacious airing cupboard, with control switch for the immersion heater.
A breakfast bar separates the lounge/ kitchen area measuring 23ft X 10ft. The fully equipped kitchen has the following appliances for your convenience: electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The comfortable lounge area has a colour TV, video recorder and radio, fitted carpet, dining table, an armchair and two comfortable sofas, one of which, a bed /settee provides another double bed, if required.
For the younger member(s) a cot and high chair are provided, on request. A safe is provided for valuables.
An enclosed paved area is situated at the rear of the property and has clothes line facilities.

The Gower peninsula was the first place in the U.K. to be designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. The picturesque countryside is lined with many beautiful sandy beaches and secluded coves.
Limeslade and Blue Flag award winning Bracelet Bay, are some 5 minutes from the bungalow. Here you will find, not only superb views and safe, patrolled bathing, but also an ice cream parlour, coffee shop and a restaurant specialising in Italian dishes and Pizza.
Passing the Mumbles lighthouse and restored pier, the Victorian village of Mumbles, the centre called Oystermouth, for its history as an oyster fishing port, is a further 15 minute walk along the promenade, where many individual specialist shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants can be found close to the castle ruins, towering over one of the main streets. All the major banks are represented, together with 2 supermarkets, the Post Office and Tourist Information Centre.
Walkers, photographers and bird watchers will enjoy the cliff footpath, that runs from Limeslade, to Langland Bay, (2miles) and then onwards to Caswell Bay (3 miles).
Further on, with breath taking views and beautiful scenery is Three Cliffs, Oxwich, Port Eynon, Worms Head and Rhosilli.

Swansea, Wales’ city by the sea, is 5 miles on,from Mumbles, positioned on the spectacular sweep of Swansea Bay, a premier coastal destination in the UK.
Local buses run regularly to the compact and easily accessible city centre, which has many attractions for the visitor, including The Glynn Vivian art gallery, Marina, Maritime Quarter, the Grand Theatre, The National Waterfront Museum and Plantasia.
The largest traditional covered market in Wales, independent shops, together with ‘High Street’ departments and the indoor Quadrant stores, offer excellent shopping opportunities.

The bungalow is powered by electricity only, fed by a £1.00 slot meter, located in a cupboard behind the front door.
Heating is provided by an electric fan heater and a storage heater in the living area.
An electric heater is installed in the bathroom and in each bedroom. An immersion heater provides hot water.
LINEN
The bungalow should have everything you need – The main bedding is provided, including additional blankets. If you should prefer a duvet to blankets, then please bring your own.
Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

Pets are permitted, provided they are kept under control.
There is an additional charge of £12. 50 per week, per pet.

The bungalow must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure, to allow time for inventory checking and cleaning, ready for next arrivals. New arrivals may enter after 2.00 pm.
