Das Gästehaus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, in der einzigen Seitenstraße - der Sacksiedlung) Ganna. Ganna liegt etwa 13 km Süd-Ost von der Stadt Pápa, das Thermalbadcentrum. Dieses Bauernhaus wurde am Anfang des letzten Jahrhundertes mit einer Balkenfachwerkdecke und einem Laubengang gebaut. Über die vergangenen Jahre wurde das Haus mehrmals umgebaut aber während der lezten Altbaumodernisierung wollten wir von den alten Anlagen und Altmaterialien so viel wie möglich afbewahren und zurückbefördern. Gleichzeitig wollten wir den heutzutage üblichen Komfortgrad anbieten. Das Haus steht auf einem 2000 quadratmeter Grundstück. Das Grundstück ist eigentlich eine Grasfläche mit Obstbäume und Blumen. Auf der hügelige Wiese hinter dem Grundstück, grasen Pferde und dort sprudelt auch das Bittva Bächlein.
