Enjoy your vacation in big refurbished and classic furnished ( by FSV ) villa consisting of 2 floors and huge graveled yard . On the first floor are the kitchen with stove, fridge, washing machine, dining area with seating for 6 people and corner sofa and bathroom with WC. On the same floor is light living room with TV/DVD/cable and seating for 7/8 people. The window is overlooking towards the garden area. The second floor consist of bathroom with WC and 4 bedrooms, master bedroom with king size bed and cot and 2 big balconies with lovely view to the garden area. The other two bedrooms are generous sized double rooms with two beds in it. The last one is small children bedroom with bunk bed in it. Outside is huge graveled garden with trees and big balcony with 3 lounges, garden set and umbrella. Parking place for 3 cars are available in the yard. The villa is with bed linen and towels provided. This summer home is quiet and peaceful place suitable for family and friends vacations, children are welcome,long term renters are welcome, pets are not allowed

Obrochishte village is located just 3 km from the world famous beach resort Albena and at distance of only 10 km southwest from the town of Balchik. 30 km from the village is Varna Inernational airport. Obrochishte is a significant part of the holiday property area Balchik-Albena-Obrochishte-Rogachevo-Kranevo. Situated on te main road Varna-Albena at the skirts of 2 high hills east of Batova river. Available here is a daily bus line (5 times a day) from Dobrich to Varna, with a bus stop at the centre of Obrochishte. Also, available are private shuttle buses every half hour. The population of the village is 2000 people, most of the young people, who are mostly employed in the nearby resorts and tourist establishment. Many Bulgarian and foreign (mostly British) people own holiday homes here, some of the living permanently.

All rates are per week per villa and includes pick up from and return to airport plus services of villa manager. All rates are inclusive of electricity, water consumption, weekly clean, linen and towel change. A welcome food pack is also supplied. Villa rental period starts and finishes on a Saturday. 100 Euro deposit for damages. 20 % deposit send at late 2 weeks before arriving to your holiday home to secure the booking
