On the first floor there are the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, dining area with seating for 6 people and large living area with seating for 7/ 8 people, the quests to enjoy and relax at any time on their vacation. On the second floor you can find two cozy bedrooms with one double bed in each. On the third floor are the other two peaceful bedrooms each with two single beds. On each floor the guests can find fully equipped bathrooms with WC. All the bedrooms have large balconies which open beautiful panoramic views towards the blue sea and uncover it charm. You can watch the golden sunrise everyday and forget all worries. The villa is fully equipped and maintained with all needed cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, bed linen, duvets, towels. Outside is well maintained garden with garden table and 6 chairs. Garage is also available. That summer home is great place suitable for family and friends vacations, children are welcome, long term renters are welcome, pets are not allowed.
