The house lies 150 meters (less than 1 minute walk) from the Veerse Lake and 3,5 kilometers away from the beach. It has a huge garden of 1400 square meters with trees/bushes around it to provide a private and quiet atmosphere. The Veerse lake and Oosterschelde is ideal for watersports (sailing, diving, windsurfing and waterskiing). The garden has a lovely all-day sunny terrace (it lies south).

The house lies at the end of a dead-end street, so it is very quiet and it has a huge garden where children can play or where you can dry your windsurfingsail easily. It lies a 150 Meter from Veerse meer (lake) which can be reached from walking out of the garden so it is very easy when you have small children to go back to the waterfront and let your little one take a nap. There's place for either 2 cars or 1 car with a boattrailer.
