Inspired by Florida’s Palm Beach, from the moment you walk through the door the interior plantation shutters, huge curved seating area and colourful coordinated décor truly sets the mood for a tropical vacation. With its conservation view and quiet location Villa Indigo is simply perfect. Built in 2005, with accommodation over 2 floors and sleeping a maximum of 8 people, Villa Indigo is a luxurious detached, 4 bed, 3 bath (plus downstairs powder room) executive pool home. Both King and Queen rooms are ensuite, with the two spacious twin rooms sharing a bathroom. Every bedroom has ample space for storing clothes and cases and every upstairs bathroom has a hairdryer. We provide all linen except beach towels. The Home theatre system in the main room with D.V.D plus cable T.V and D.V.D in every bedroom will keep everyone entertained. The villa has full air conditioning and heating throughout, plus ceiling fans in every room (including on the lanai). The stunning interior plantation shutters on all windows are insulated for your comfort and privacy. Villa Indigo is furnished throughout to a very high standard including a fully equipped luxury kitchen with separate utility. Relax by our large heated (complimentary in winter on request in summer) pool or in the separate luxury 6 person hot tub spa. Villa Indigo is fully licensed by the State of Florida. In addition for your comfort and convenience there is a double garage, pool fence and alarm for the added security of small children, alarm and smoke detector system monitored 24/7 and a Management Company available 24/7.
