The villa is located at Loma Vista, just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway (old CR54). It is only about 10 mins from the main entrance to Disney World and a few minutes from the Interstate 4 and US27 highways. Although the main highways are so close the area remains very peaceful and tranquil. A Supermarket (Publix), a filling station and pharmacy are all within minutes of the villa. The villa is located on a ridge and there are views over the surrounding countryside towards Disney World where the evening fireworks can be seen in the distance. The villa is fully air conditioned or heated and has its own heated and screened pool. * LOUNGE - The front door opens out into a cool, spacious lounge which is perfect for reading, relaxing and talking - away from the television! * DINING AREA - Passing through the lounge the dining area is reached - ideal for those more formal meals should you decide to eat in. * KITCHEN - This is fully equipped with all modern appliances - everything you would expect in a modern kitchen. * FAMILY ROOM - this is the focal point of the house with comfortable chairs and sofas. Here is found most of the information relating to the villa, tourist attraction leaflets and services provided by the Management Company. * MASTER BEDROOM - This has a queens size double bed with en-suite bathroom. * OTHER BEDROOMS - There are two bedrooms with twin beds and one other bedroom with a double bed. * POOL AREA - The pool can be heated for a small charge and comes with chairs, loungers and table. * The Loma Vista community has a larger pool and tennis courts which can be used by guests.
