From the parking lot you reach the freely standing Doppelhaus, to which before ca.130 years at the Südrand of the village one established in 2 minutes footpath. Its special situation permits the far panorama view from the 2 balconies, the terrace and directly because of the house which is the garden.

Spoccia is according to opinion of many of our guests the probably most beautiful mountain village of the Cannobiner of valley. Its exposed situation of 400m over tallow approximately at the south slope of the Monte Limidario (schweizerrisch Monte Gridone) guarantees such as winters a preferential place at the sun to summer. From the parking lot narrow lanes lead by the auto-free village, places with grandiosen prospects across the Cannobiner valley and the mountains of the national park Val Grande let this small Örtchen become unforgotten. Enjoy a coffee on the terrace of the bar floating with the feeling, 400m over the valley. Wonderful moving ways lead directly from the place into the surrounding mountains and down there at the Lago Maggiore. Experienced Wanderer follow an old smuggler path up to the highest balcony of the Lago Maggiore, the Monte Limidario from here.
