The freestanding cottage has a beautiful view over the hilly countryside. The cottage is surrounded by a big garden, with a area of 1700 square meters. In the garden is a private swimming pool situated. The swimming pool is round and has a surface of 4.50 square meters and is 1.05 meter deep. Opposite of the cottage is a meadow, which you can use as well and from which you can enjoy the beautiful view. The cottage Lavareille is situated in a rural environment at a distance of 1 ½ kilometers from the village Génis. In Génis are a bakery, two butchers, a little supermarket, a bar/tabac with restaurant and a restaurant with a terrace outside. The area of the cottage is 150 square meters. On the ground floor is a drawing-room with a big fireplace and a ceiling with oak-beams. At the back-side is a terrace with garden furniture. At the front-side you will have a magnificent view over the hilly countrysite. The ground floor has a floor with flags with floor heating. An open kitchen with new pieces like a refrigerator, a dish washer, a gas-cooker with oven and a coffee-maker. In the drawing-room are a design leathern bench, an arm-chair, an antique bureau, a large wooden table with six chairs. The furnishing is tasteful. There are a satellite TV and a radio/CD player available. On the ground floor is also a sleeping room with a "lits jumeaux";two single beds side by side, (two quilts). This sleeping room has a wash-furniture. In the sleeping room is a staircase to a vide. Next to the sleeping room is a bathroom with two showers, a toilet, a wash-furniture with 2 wash-places. There is also a washing-machine available. Behind a door in the drawing-room is another stair-case to the first floor. On the first floor is a sleeping room with three single beds (quilts), On this floor is another bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash-furniture. The cottage is heated by floor heating in combination with radiators. In the big fire-place is a woodstove. The cottage will be rented from Sunday till Sunday
