Silver Birch is located 15 minutes east of Parry Sound on Lake Manitouwabing. Situated on two acres of land with 250' of shoreline. The sandy beach and deep water double dock is perfect for swimmers of all ages and a public beach with a small play ground is located two lots away. Recreational activities include horse shoes, crochet, ping pong, hiking, canoe, peddle boat, row boat and the 40 hp boat and motor includes one full tank of gas. Beach toys and floating devices are provided for you along with all equipment nessessary for the operation of the watercrafts.
