The house offers a spacious living room opening on to diner terrasse with view to the mountains, 1 comfortable bedroom on the first floor as well as a bathroom with showre and wc included and an office. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and a separate wc. You cantake a bath with a view over the mountains! The house is fully equiped for babies (high chair, cots, buggy etcthey can enjoy the view of the mountains. The whole house is nicely furnished.

The house is located in the heart of the village, for the village square. It offers a view to the 13th century monastery of Ste Croix, and over Vercors mountains on the other side with vineyards, walnut trees and Lavende field. Die, an old gallo Roman city is in 9km distance and offers all purchase possibilities, swimming pool and Provence market (every saturday) with local products.

The village is located on a ridge. Each house has view to the village and over mountains on the other side. The children can play on the village square safely, in front of the house. possibilities at 5 minutes walk to shallow bathing pools in the river Sure. Walking possibilities directly starting from the village, riding possibilities in the village, kanoe, picknick… Ideally for families and those who love the nature. The lovely walking country is wonderful to dicover. Take a picnic and explore the river by canoe. In the nearby, Saou is very famous for climbing. The places Mirmande and Cliousclat offer pottery manufactures.
