Situation of the house: The Kranerhof lies in the Stubaital in Neustift Milders. The situation is expressed calm, since it lies off the durchgangsstrasse. The area drum around with its many meadows is very child friendly. Milders is a sweet Örtchen with some restaurants, sports shops, 1 supermarket (2 going minutes) and innumerable small private pensions. Up to the Stubaier glacier (summer skiing area) one drives approx. 15 minutes with the car. To new pin village there is approx. 5 minutes. To Innsbruck approx. 30 minutes.

The broad Stubaital ranks among the most beautiful high mountain valleys Tirols. At the entrance of the valley wuchtige lime massifs rise. In the rear valley the Gneis and granite summit with 109 three-rope transmitters up to the eternal ice climb. Much glacier form on 15 square kilometers the largest complete yearly skiing area of Austria. Together with the plants in the remaining three districts valley far 42 courses and elevators run.
