Our home is located just minutes from all the local attractions and is fully furnished with everything you need for a great family vacation. Our home is located in Trafalgar Village, a superbly located tourist destination in the heart of Central Florida. This upscale-gated vacation community is based around luscious woodland and lakes and is just a few miles from Walt Disney World and other theme parks. Although Disney and the other major theme parks are what first come to mind, they are only just the beginning of the variety of activities that you can enjoy when staying at our vacation home. No matter what your interests, you will find an attraction to enjoy. Our new pool home is furnished to a very high standard and consists of four large bedrooms, along with a sleeper sofa, which will allow you to comfortably sleep 10 people. There are two queen master bedrooms, along with two bedrooms that consist of two twin beds each. Along with the bedrooms, there are a total of four full bathrooms. Other rooms consist of a kitchen, large living room, dining area and laundry room. Our exclusive home is fully air conditioned and comes equipped with every comfort necessary to make your stay truly memorable. The home also comes with all towels and linens, small appliances and kitchen ware. The enclosed pool area and lanai, along with the spa built into the pool, will allow you to further relax and enjoy your time in our home. By staying in our home you will get over 2,200 SF of living space, significantly larger than your typical hotel room. For golfers, the area is more than amply served by many great golf courses to suit every level of handicap and challenge imaginable. They regularly welcome visitors and the green fees including cart are very reasonable. Abundant shopping opportunities exist with several outlet malls and quaint downtown shops and restaurants all close by. The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Check in time is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM. No pets or smoking allowed. If needed, 24 hour emergency help from our management company is a phone call away.
