It comfortably accommodates 6 adults / 2 kids and has southern exposure on a 100' saltwater waterway with Caribbean landscaping in the quite but central Golf-Club Area in SE Cape Coral. There are no long distances as to the SW. The living area is open style with kitchen / serving bar plus dining room – all cathedral ceiling. It is allergy-friendly equipped with ceramic tiled floors throughout the house. We offer those who need their notebooks W-LAN High-speed Internet at no additional cost. The highlight is our stunning electrically heated 'disappearing edge' pool - approx. 15' x 30' and whirlpool (electric heat). We offer 1,625 square feet screened pool area / sun decks incl. lanai (366 square feet). Private boat dock / sun deck has 200 square feet. You have access to the Gulf by boat in just 30 min – no lock, just 1 bridge 9.25 ft.

High standard furnishing and decoration express the Caribbean style. The stunning ceiling fan is equipped with palm blades. It gently mixes the air already cooled down by the A/C. The high cathedral ceiling gives a special touch and ambience. In the built-in entertainment center, you find a Cable-TV, Yamaha/Polk Audio System with CD and DVD. You can play American as well as German DVDs. The loudspeakers for the great room, for the lanai and for the whirlpool can be controlled individually. Cable access is provided on each telephone jag. W-LAN High-speed Internet access via cable (Road Runner High Speed Online) is available free of charge. Board games, parlor games and playing cards are available for your recreational pleasures. Huge sliding doors to the lanai and pool area grant you an unobstructed view above the terrace and the pool to the Santa Fe Canal featuring tropical landscaping. Please consider that you are in an allergy-friendly, non-smoking house. Of course smoking is permitted on the lanai. Out of consideration for people suffering from allergies, we ask for your understanding in not permitting any kind of pets in this house. To achieve the highest quality cleaning, hygienic high quality ceramic tile floors are throughout the house. The Caribbean Island is unique as it was custom built according to our wishes and expectations by FREMAR Construction, Inc., Cape Coral. It was designed to customers' requests and built according to the latest hurricane standards for your safety. The house was finished in May 2006. After working with Mark and Helen Steinberg, our builders, we planned the house and pool-area. Mutually, we decided to build the Caribbean Island based on unique standards and specifications to give our house a personal flair. We individually selected everything starting from the roof tiles, floor tiles, valences, table lights to the tiniest detail, e.g. wine cooler, to put our personal stamp on this exceptional home. We personally selected premium furniture, blending colors and design to reflect our Caribbean and Mediterranean influences. The loving "fine tuning" and luxurious and extensive furnishings give this residence an exclusive and unique charisma. All this made our wish of getting our own "island" come true.
