Holiday apartments & homes on the beach in Jan Thiel Jan Thiel

The house we rented was a nice house with plenty of rooms. The availability of air conditioning is also a plus and it is close to the Jan Thiel beach and the supermarket, so you can enjoy yourself even without a rental car. Nice that there is a refrigerator that makes ice cubes so that your drink is always cold. There are also plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. Towels are available and you can also use 220V plugs so travel plugs are not necessary. A few lesser things were: - the additional charge for the electricity costs was almost € 400 while on arrival it was said if you only switch on the air conditioning "in the evening, then you will be fine, but this is completely incorrect. We only switched on the air conditioning" in the evening, but consumed 5x the number of Kwh "s of the available Kwh. In our case, this would only have been enough for 3 days.I think this is really bad and a huge disappointment at the end of the holiday.- There is no description how the oven works and therefore it is very searching- The pool is relatively small for a house for 14 people. In addition, the water was very green for the last 2-3 days. This while we always rinsed before entering the pool. It seemed as if the filter that keeps it clean was turned off.- There is no fin in the living room. there is no air conditioning. Although you are rarely inside, that is a shame because if you still want to watch TV, it is really too hot inside.- In the kitchen it is also very warm and no extractor hood or the like. Of course you can open the windows, but if you do that, the wind will blow so badly that the gas will blow out again. - The information book could be a bit tidier and perhaps some extra tips / information.

Fantastic Villa in a great location. As a family we booked this villa from 27 July 2 weeks. We have been on the island since 1990 so we have seen a lot of accommodations. This villa about 200 meters from Jan Thiel / AH van Tweel's beaches is distinguished in luxury and lots of privacy and security. On the ground floor are 3 spacious / beautiful bedrooms with air conditioning and all bedrooms have a walk-in bathroom with rainshower. Also on the ground floor a laundry room with a washing machine On the first floor a beautiful large living room. TV with all Dutch channels. Kitchen with really everything, 2 ovens dishwasher American refrigerator i.c.m. An icecream machine etc. The most beautiful of the house is the terrace with a beautiful view over the sea and the Jan Thiel district. Terrace has beautiful furniture. Adjacent to the terrace the L-shaped lovely swimming pool. Wifi on all floors. The house is managed by Susanna in Curacao, which makes it more than excellent. 1 x of the week major cleaningConclusion A lovely house where we could easily say goodbye to it. In case of a new booking, we will definitely return to this villa.

accommodation is nice, only very noisy because there is no glass in the windows and it is on a road, nice building, pool okay, it was not very clean, much (min.5 mm) dust on the cupboards and under the beds. we had 3 bathrooms, but after 2 people showered the water was cold
