We have now been in this vacation rental for the 5th time.
The ambiance of the vacation rental is ideal for us; neither "sterile" nor "cluttered". It has a homely feel and the abundance of wood brings coziness. There are many places to stay within a small space. The equipment is very good; some flaws (old bed, sometimes something missing in the kitchen) are quickly forgotten thanks to the rest. The location is ideal because you can start hiking right away on the outskirts of the city center, and at the same time, a few houses away from a supermarket. One point deducted because you can hear the street on the ground floor. Relaxing works in this vacation rental. We will gladly come back.

Absolutely recommended!

We felt absolutely comfortable in the very well equipped holiday home. Located directly in the quiet town center, surrounded by friendly neighbors, we found an ideal starting point for beautiful hiking routes and excursions! Also worth mentioning is the prompt, friendly and accommodating communication with Mrs. Marschall. We will definitely come back!

Everything is nice and good, but it's bad that there is no heating even in summer.

The mattresses were pretty good but quite worn out, so that even on vacation you had back pain in the mornings and getting out of bed was difficult. The pillows were also quite small, like sofa cushions, so you also had neck pain. There was no heating in the summer, so the apartment got quite cold in the evenings, especially when you wanted to relax on the sofa after a long day. There were no woolen blankets to snuggle up in, so you always felt a bit uncomfortable in the evenings and wished you were at home where you could at least turn on the heating. Unfortunately, there was also no glass jug in the kitchen where you could make a pot of tea in the evenings after a long day, so we had to buy one ourselves. The friendliness of the landlords also left something to be desired after it turned out that my girlfriend had a slightly tanned skin color, for some reason. The only praiseworthy thing was the central location of the apartment. You can quickly get to and from the train station as well as to various supermarkets.
