The charming end-of-terrace house in the Torretta III community in Torrevieja is located directly next to the Laguna Rosa. From the solarium (roof terrace), you can watch the sun set over the water every evening. The house has two large bedrooms, one small bedroom, two bathrooms (one large, one small), and an open kitchen that connects to the living room area. Outside the living area, there is a terrace with large marbled tiles where you can enjoy evenings or mornings.
Being situated exactly between the salt lake and the Mediterranean Sea, the air is very salty, which is beneficial for people with respiratory problems. My friend (a severe asthmatic) had no issues here. He only needed to use his inhaler a few times during a two-week stay. The area is also very peaceful, and the neighbors are all very friendly. The house was very clean upon our arrival.
You can reach everything in 10-15 minutes with the bicycles. There are restaurants nearby, but I recommend visiting the Friday market. Insider tip: The Winzer. If the weather isn't great, you can light the fireplace in the house and watch anything your heart desires on a new Android TV. The house also has air conditioning for really hot days.
There are plenty of nearby and distant excursions to explore. Mountains for hiking, Cartagena or Valencia are worth a day trip. The value for money is definitely on point here.
It was a real pleasure to be here and explore the Costa Blanca from this location. Will definitely come back!

The landlords welcomed and received us warmly. In the apartment, everything was available and there was a lot of toys for children both indoor and outdoor by the sea. We thank the Derksen family for our stay in their apartment.

We had previously rented a holiday apartment in Playa de Piles that unfortunately did not meet our expectations at all. Fortunately, we were able to rent this wonderful house for the remaining 16 days of our vacation, which provided us with a wonderful stay.
The house is located in a quiet residential area and has everything you could possibly wish for. You can even reach the rocky beach on foot. The landlord is very accommodating, provides tips on restaurants and excursions. We felt very well taken care of all around and can unreservedly recommend this house and its landlord.
