You can feel comfortable here!

We arrived as a large family and occupied both apartments at Haus Rübezahl in order to explore our father's homeland from there. Accompanied by 2 dogs and 2 smaller children, who immediately felt at home in the large garden and played football with their grandpa (the goal is really great!). The apartments are as described and had almost everything you need. We personally would have liked a dishwasher and a small oven, but we managed without them. Everything was there for the children and we actually packed too much. Badminton, various swings, lots of games...everything is already available. We also found the location to be very pleasant, as it is very quiet in a dead-end street. For dog owners: The property is mostly fenced. We were able to let our large dog run freely. The smaller one could have gotten through under the fence/hedge, so we preferred to leash him. The neighbor's dog occasionally comes to visit the garden to check on things. He is, in my opinion, friendly. In summary: we felt very comfortable and had nothing to complain about. We would love to come back :)

A very special accommodation

Our long weekend in this very special holiday home will remain in our memories for a long time. The house has a very special charm and we felt transported back in time. Paul Brookes went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We felt very comfortable in the cosy kitchen at the long dining table, our dogs could run around without a leash thanks to the complete fencing of the property. We slept very well without any disturbing noise, and the two bathrooms meant that there was no congestion, even with 7 people. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Thanks to Paul's good tips, we made very nice excursions into the surrounding area. For people who love nature, this house is a recommendable destination.

Andrzej and Damila were very nice and helpful hosts. One shortcoming of the nice, small holiday flat is that there was unfortunately no water connection in the kitchen-living room and the sink had to be used in the bathroom. We enjoyed spending time in the beautiful, well-kept garden (unfortunately there is no photo of this in the advertisement). Unfortunately we could not stop the two small dogs from barking.
The flat offers a good starting point for walks and hikes in the Zobten Mountains, there is a very nice bathing lake nearby and there is no shortage of beautiful old towns! There are also restaurants in and around Sobótka where you can eat very good Polish food.
