Smooth arrival to Rome
You can easily reach your accommodation in Rome by car, train, long-distance buses or airplane. Rome has two airports. The international airport Rome-Fiumicino (FCO) "Leonardo da Vinci" is served by airlines from all over the world. Naples,
Florence or Milan. When traveling by car, be aware that most highways in Italy require a toll. Please respect the speed limits in order to avoid fines. The main North-South connection is the E45. There is also a ring road around Rome, which allows you to quickly reach your booked apartment.
Expect this travel weather in Rome
Vatican City Rome is located in a fairly moderate climate zone. Winters are cool, but there is rarely snow, and temperatures rarely drop below freezing. Rome's sights are world-famous: Must-sees include the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Sistine Chapel, the Spanish Steps, and the Trevi Fountain.
