We booked a stay with sauna and jacuzzi. A previous review (https://nl.belvilla.be/vakantiehuizen/nederland/beekbergen-4-mensen-NL-7361-11?arrival_date=2022-04-29&nights=7&pax=2) showed a previous tenant was particularly satisfied with the the outdoor facilities (sauna and jacuzzi). The sauna was OK, the jacuzzi filled with 5cm of rainwater and just DIRTY. So a real turn off. At the reception in the park we were sent for a walk with the message that different environmental standards have been applied since January 1, 2022. Quite possible, but the positive review from the previous tenant dates from 2 months ago. Cottage in itself is "ça va", but with the negative jacuzzi experience, I can hardly assign the qualification "reasonable". We feel cheated.PS. Belvilla has meanwhile been smart enough to remove the photo of the sauna with adjacent jacuzzi.

We were very happy with our trip, great facilities, great house, nice sauna and whirlpool, everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Also 2 playgrounds for the children.
The only thing that bothered us was that the rooms are relatively small and the travel cot barely fit in there.
Otherwise everything was great and recommended. The price-performance ratio was also good.

We had a beautiful luxury house, we certainly enjoyed ourselves in it. As far as I'm concerned, cleaning could be a bit better in terms of mopping the floors and vacuuming under the beds. And it was quite dusty everywhere. Too bad the restaurant and pool were not open during the May holiday. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.
