The house absolutely corresponds to the description. In the house itself is everything you need, even a vacuum cleaner. House and garden are very nice. Once a week comes the gardener and the pool cleaner. The transfer and delivery of the house was smooth. The owner could be contacted by mail and telephone and was always helpful and attentive. We (my wife and I) were with our dogs there and enjoyed the house, the garden and the wonderful view! The pool and the garden a big deal was taboo for our dogs. This should be a matter of course for all dog owners. The dogs have in the environment (outside the grounds) the possibility to do the big deal. Negativ Although we ourselves dogs have disturbed relatively frequently (day and night) the barking of the Hunderudels from the neighbor, about 100 m away ,

The house is nice and the terrace is great for relaxing. The kids loved the pool. The host from us has always been very quick to answer questions and give advice. Also the key handover has worked smoothly. The house is about 10min (car) to the next village and 15min to the beaches. For us it was okay - but you have to make a conscious decision. The peace a bit disturbed the numerous dogs in the area, the nights were perpetually active. During the day and in the evening you can hear a below the house lying holiday area. All in all, we felt comfortable in the house. The cleanliness is OK for Italy, but not the German standard.

A beautiful home with all the comforts, with a fantastic view.The owner gives all the confidence in using the house and the interior, with plenty of clean towels and good beds. The reality is even more beautiful than the pictures Show on the site. Excellent restaurant across the street and nearby .Advies Table Casa vista mare must be clearly visible and visible on the road.
