Incredibly beautiful surroundings, the park is natural and sheltered. Staff is friendly and we also liked the pizzas. Watching a squirrel skipping past during breakfast is no exception, nice! Cottage itself was not clean, we as a family without pets were in a 'pet house'. White dog hair everywhere, stains on doors and walls, floor damaged and not mopped in a while. So, on the first day, just wash and vacuum. It is a pity that you are then stuck with a wet dog smell since the vacuum cleaner has not escaped the fact that pets were welcome. Maybe an idea not to include cleaning as an option, but in the total price? We are also used to it from other Parks of Roompot, and those houses were in good order from a hygienic point of view. And in addition, if a visitor does not have pets with him, do not let them stay in a house where pets have visibly come along with the previous guests. Unfortunately, it made our stay less pleasant.

The arrival was good. Aware of three bedrooms that we had a separate room for a camp bed, but there was no room for this or an adult had to sleep in a stuffy bunk bed. Plates and cutlery were all different. Only the pool, but otherwise there was not much for small children. The environment was good. Because we had good weather, it was still a nice vacation. It was only for sleeping and breakfast.

Belvilla has calculated an amount for us insurance, but we already paid a deposit of eur.65,00 at Roompot! You have wrongly charged us extra costs, according to us, that is the commission. The calculated amount will ALWAYS return to our bank accountNL73 ABNA 0475376846.Also we will file a complaint with a supervisor. The house was also good, but the outside inventory was filthy. There are several inventory cv that does not work well It kept warm in the cottage. The worst was the reception staff's ignorance. There was a trainee on Friday afternoon who really knew nothing. They did not understand how the booking was done at Belvilla! There was a lot of incomprehension and Belvilla was called, but it remained unclear for us. It has become very clear to us to have no more bookings at Belvilla. (Seen above) Apparently Roompot does not know how to do it at Belvilla. There was also no Roompot manager at the Epe location. On an earlier mail from us, you still have not answered. The surrounding area and the park were very beautiful.wim and ria shoemaker, alkmaar
