We have been to this property several times and have always been very satisfied, but we haven't been there for 7 years
There, the property is now completely run down, cobwebs everywhere, poorly cleaned, old bathrooms, on the terrace - the garden furniture is completely worn out (chair feet broken off, etc.), the whole house smells of mold, the open fireplaces are full of ashes, the dishwasher was dirty not cleared out, bugs everywhere in the rooms, dead, half dead, insect killer sprays were everywhere, the insect screens torn out, close
not right. We arrived, were so shocked and left after an hour - the situation was a catastrophe.
It's a shame because it was once a really great property. The owner is still incredibly nice - but unfortunately it's all of no use

Positive: very nice owner, very fond of animals, exceptional view, absolute peace, within walking distance of the town. The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail.

Negative: the owner's livestock guard dog is not very happy about visitors. The owner lives in the middle of the house. If you want to go to the upper room you have to go through the owner's anteroom. The rooms are not connected. If you want to go from one room to the other you have to walk around the house and that is only possible via very steep stairs. The kitchens are unusable, ancient pots, everything is dirty, the drawers smell bad, no coffee maker, no dishwasher and the brick sink is not functional. The lower room is very small. The bathroom is tiny, the entrance is more for thin dwarves. The sink is too small for washing. The shower floods the toilet next to it. There is hardly any space to sit around the pool and it can only be reached via stairs. The two dogs do their business around the house, which leads to odor nuisance when the weather is good for a long time. The bathtub in the picture is in a separate washhouse and belongs to the owner. The parking spaces are only for very experienced drivers, very steep and narrow
